The twin 25 story mid-rise tower complex houses a 900 unit five star luxuary condotel, a more than 100,000 sq. ft. class A office complex, meeting space with a commercial shopping, dining and entertainment plaza at the mezzanine and ground floor levels. The site now being developed as “The WTC Haborside Marketplace” is home to the Regus BusinessWorld™ on-demand business environment wherever and whenever you need the world feamous Hard Rock Cafe & Casino overlooking Bay Street and a dockside view of Nassau Habour.

Currently in the development phase the WTC Haborside Marketplace is a joint-development and marketing partnership between Upstream Atlantic Global Corporation and The Hard Rock Cafe which is owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida! Robert started talks back in mid 2013 for ECBIZNET to aquire the old Union Wharf property with plans to revitalize the downtown area.
